You Tell Me About Your Vacation Dreams: Fill out a quick inquiry form and tell me a little about your dream trip: where you want to go, when, and who's coming. That's all I need to get started! This helps me come prepared to your consultation so we can hit the ground running.
Vacation Consultation: We'll hop on a 15-20 minute call where I get to know your family — your must-haves, your travel style, and what would make this trip feel completely yours, and built by a family vacation expert. This is where the magic starts!
Review Your Custom Options: After our call, a planning deposit may be requested to get started working on your perfect plan. Then, within 3 business days, I'll send you a personalized vacation proposal with 2-3 tailored package options to choose from. This is completely custom to YOUR vacation with all the details and moving parts in mind.
Make It Perfect - Like what you see but want to tweak a few things? Easy. Need to talk through bigger changes? We'll hop on a quick call and fine-tune everything together until it feels exactly right. This is a collaborative process — your trip, your way.
Book it & Let Me Handle the Rest: Once you've chosen your perfect package, we secure your trip with a deposit and I take it from there. Reservations, confirmations, logistics, follow-ups, all of it! You’ll have your vacation mapped out and all the moving pieces handled by a pro. All you’ll need to worry about is packing (and getting to the airport)!
